Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned travel industry professional to join our team as a Wholesale Cruise Advisor. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for effectively selling cruise holidays to travel agents, building strong relationships with our agents, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell cruise holidays including packages to travel agents
  • Build rapport with travel agents and provide expert advice on travel needs
  • Book cruises, flights, accommodations, touring, and other travel arrangements with confidence

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Retail or wholesale experience in the cruise/travel industry is essential
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and meeting sales targets
  • Comprehensive computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • GDS experience required
