Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping others plan their dream cruise vacations?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Support and handle walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling cruise products.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment with a focus on sales targets.
  • GDS experience preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in the travel or cruise industry is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail adept problem-solving skills and thrive under pressure.
  • Ambitious highly motivated and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently.
