We are seeking a skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Red Hill, located in the heart of Brisbane. As an Educator with us, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our children, working collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft exceptional programs that cater to their unique needs.

**Role Responsibilities**
As an Early Childhood Educator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and implementing engaging and educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the centre;
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge;
- Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of children through careful supervision and proactive intervention when necessary.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), demonstrating your understanding of child development and learning principles;
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, ensuring you stay up-to-date on industry best practices;
- A valid QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Paid), verifying your suitability to work with vulnerable populations.
