About the Role: As an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart Red Hill, you'll be part of a dedicated team shaping futures. You'll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to create exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe, healthy, and sustainable learning environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of AU$67,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
