Educational Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Leader to join our team at John Paul College's Early Learning Centre.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a degree-qualified early childhood professional to lead and inspire our educators in creating a high-quality learning environment that aligns with the needs of successful learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering an academic learning program, creating innovative approaches to pedagogical knowledge and expertise, and coaching and mentoring our lead educators and educators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and be able to communicate effectively with our staff, families, and children. They will also have a high standard of written communication, first aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis certificates, and be self-motivated, agile, and versatile.

- Degree qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
