We have a beautiful chef's kitchen and culinary lesson space as well as a parent lounge where families can catch up with each other or educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.

Our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich timber resources and innovative educational materials. The children enjoy countless hours of fun on our bike track, in the cubby house, or caring for our edible gardens.

As an approved and funded Kindy program, we align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG). Our Kindy program is led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. As a leader, you will:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring Educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Have knowledge of various early years theories without a one-size-fits-all approach
  • Be a team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback, and reflects upon best practice
  • Oversight to ensure each room in the centre is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment

Qualifications:

  • Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
  • Current Blue Card/WWCC
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
