Heavy Diesel Technicians are sought after to join a dynamic team in the Goldfields. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in open cut mining working on various mobile plant equipment, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of heavy earthmoving fleet.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of heavy earthmoving fleet is essential to our success.
  • Providing support to rental fleet as required is crucial for customer satisfaction.
  • Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures is paramount to prevent injury to yourself and others.
  • Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time is vital for business continuity.
  • Working with customers and stakeholders to meet organisational objectives is key to our growth.
Requirements:
  • Australian work visa or citizenship is mandatory.
  • Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi.
  • Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification is essential.
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles is critical.
  • Current Australian Driver's License (HR) is preferred.
  • High risk licence (preferable) but we also offer in-house training.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening, and provide a current National Police Check.
