Heavy Earthmoving Fleet Technician Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technician to join our team in maintaining and optimising our heavy earthmoving fleet.

About the Job:

This is a permanent full-time position with opportunities for career progression and stability. You will work safely and adhere to relevant health and safety policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and optimisation of our heavy earthmoving fleet, providing support to the rental fleet as required, working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures, ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time and within budget, and working with customers and stakeholders to meet larger organisational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi
  • Recognised National Auto Electrician Trade Qualification
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on team and company culture
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's License (HR is preferable)
  • High risk licence (is preferable) but we also offer in-house training
