About Our Role:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Goldfields.
This key position involves working with heavy earthmoving equipment and assisting with ongoing maintenance and optimization of our fleet. The successful candidate will have experience conducting service and maintenance requirements throughout OEM suppliers and a high level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting with ongoing maintenance and optimization of heavy earthmoving fleet.
- Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks.
- Providing support to Tradesman, Heavy Diesel Technicians, and Auto Electricians to meet targets.
- Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- A current HR drivers' license.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Serviceperson on a mine site.
- Detailed exposure conducting service and maintenance requirements throughout OEM suppliers.
- A current or ability to fulfill pre-employment medical requirements.
- Licenses for high-risk work (dogging, rigging, crane, and work platform classifications).
- Proven experience with heavy earthmoving equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi).
- A high level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
