About the Role

This position is responsible for the supervision and management of all site personnel, plant, and sub-contractors to ensure construction activities are completed according to the construction program. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of civil construction supervision experience in Transport for NSW projects, with a strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement, and road construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage site personnel, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to OH&S policies.
  • Manage sub-contractors, coordinating their work to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor progress against the construction program, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other contractors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction supervision, preferably in TFNSW projects.
  • Intermediate survey skills and knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement, and road construction.
  • Plant and equipment knowledge, including machinery capabilities.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Construction white card and driver's license.
