We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Construction Project Lead to join our team and drive the expansion of our operations in NSW, specifically based in Wagga Wagga.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, encouraging innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and site managers, to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in a leadership or project management capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering large-scale projects (over $5 million) with a proven track record of achieving targets, maintaining budgets, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout NSW, particularly in the Riverina region.
