Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Senior Civil Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating crews, and ensuring work meets project specifications and deadlines.

Your ability to lead a team and solve on-site challenges will be critical to delivering exceptional outcomes. You will be required to supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure efficient and effective project delivery, liaise with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met, manage subcontractors and site personnel, conduct regular safety and quality checks to maintain compliance with regulations, and monitor resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction, with subdivision and roadworks experience highly regarded. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with the ability to manage and motivate teams. A thorough understanding of civil construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards is also required.

You will need to be able to interpret plans and specifications and ensure they are adhered to on-site, possess problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges quickly and effectively, and have a commitment to maintaining high levels of safety and quality.
