About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Site Manager to lead our team in Greater Sydney, overseeing numerous civil projects including roads, earthworks, demolition, pavements, drainage, stormwater, and formwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely manage and supervise self-performing teams and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Plan, calculate, and monitor daily resource costs and target budgets while promoting a culture of safety and productivity
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A proven track record of leading safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders to set up projects for success
  • A strong background as a field Supervisor on civil projects in Australia
  • The ability to apply construction experience to improve methods and approaches
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a sound understanding of civil construction methodologies
  • Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front
  • An appropriate trade certificate (or equivalent)

You must be a Permanent Resident of Australia and have experience working on civil projects in Australia in a similar role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that reflect our commitment to your growth and well-being.
