Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as Project Manager on large scale Civil & Landscape packages $3m+
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive experience with Plant & Equipment operating in live environments
  • MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORK OPPORTUNITIES
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain
  • Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
