Job Title: IT Service Coordinator

This position involves coordinating the installation and maintenance of telecommunications services.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities are required to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry regulations and standards is necessary to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate service installations, including job allocation, preparation of job sheets, and liaison with installers.
  2. Manage modem orders, tracking, configuration, pick up or delivery, and billing.
  3. Liaise with resellers and suppliers to resolve client queries, update records, and manage dates/times.
  4. Maintain relationships with resellers/wholesalers, updating customer/client forms, pricebooks, and post-billing information spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Able to work accurately with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry and its regulations.
