At Leidos, we're seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our people-focused team. As a trusted advisor, you'll partner across diverse programs and customer groups, leveraging your expertise in employee development, performance management, and dispute resolution.

This role requires a strategic and operational approach to HR management, encompassing employee lifecycle facets such as:

  • Employee development and growth
  • Performance management and coaching
  • Dispute resolution and conflict management
  • Industrial instrument interpretation, reward, and recognition

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day matters with strategic initiatives. Your commercial HR mindset and ability to support business objectives will be invaluable in this role.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Organisational Capability
  • Leadership capability, commerciality, and strong engagement skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the business, including senior leaders and executives

What you'll bring:

  • Working knowledge and experience in multiple HR disciplines
  • A commercial HR mindset with the ability to balance operational requirements and support strategic initiatives
  • Experience in Government and Defence Industry (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex problems
