About This Opportunity

As a VM Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising implementation across our network. You will partner closely with retail teams and regional stakeholders to execute global brand vision while owning local strategy for visual merchandising in the market.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing retail activation strategies for all animations, including store events, art exhibitions partnerships, store openings and cosmetic upgrades, pop-ins, and pop-ups.
  • Managing a team of Visual Merchandising Specialists to achieve exceptional results.
  • Buidling a Visual Merchandising Programming Calendar to ensure timely execution of creative campaigns and in-store displays.
  • Aligning on collection placement strategy to maximize impact.
  • Monitoring visual standards across all stores in ANZ to maintain excellence.
  • Ensuring styling guidelines and merchandising strategy are upheld in all stores.
  • Oversight of CVM function to ensure effective execution of creative campaigns and product presentation.
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Maintaining good knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers.
  • Fostering strong communication and organizational skills to drive success.
  • Showcasing flexibility and adaptability in working evenings and weekends as needed.
