Visual Merchandising Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting merchandising standards across multiple locations and ensuring presentation optimizes sales and customer experience.
You will lead and coach teams on merchandising standards, ensure store teams implement visual merchandising strategy, and identify ways to improve processes. Additionally, you will provide on-ground support for new store openings and refurbs, manage expenses, and coordinate with finance.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- 5+ years of merchandising experience with 2+ years of multi-site experience
- Previous retail experience, ideally in furniture or big and bulky goods
- Intermediate Adobe skills, including Illustrator programs
- Ability to track and analyze sales data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
