Job Overview

We seek dedicated brand ambassadors to drive team performance through successful visual merchandising strategies.

The Role
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product collections and the overall brand strategy.
  • Ensure store layouts reflect brand identity while maximising space and enhancing customer experience.
  • Work closely with Retail Regional Managers to prioritise store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus.
  • Provide coaching and development to store teams, focusing on visual merchandising principles and best practices.
Main Responsibilities
  • Track and monitor the execution status of store VM roll-outs to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and optimise the VM process, improving both the instore team member experience and the customer journey.
  • Implement and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
Key Attributes
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analysing product performance data and applying it to visual merchandising strategies.
  • Previous experience coaching and developing teams.
