Job Title

A highly skilled Visual Merchandising professional is required to implement brand directives across concept and concession stores. This involves supporting new store set-ups, in-store support, and hands-on approach to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing brand merchandising directives
  • Maintaining store presentation standards
  • Identifying and acting on VM opportunities within the network
  • Leading, coaching, and developing existing VM teams in store VM standards
  • Assisting with new store fit-out and set-up directives

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience in visual merchandising
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel frequently

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Five years or more experience in a similar role
- A team of six or more direct VM reports
- Full driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Adobe Illustrator/Creative knowledge preferred but not essential
