Senior Visual Merchandising Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Visual Merchandising Lead to lead visual excellence across our NSW store network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To champion Fantastic Furniture's visual merchandising standards across multi-site locations.
  • Guide, coach and empower store teams to execute VM strategy with consistency and confidence.
  • Ensure in-store displays meet commercial expectations - with hanger appeal, correct lighting, steaming and layout.
  • Manage and execute store openings and refurbishments, delivering on brand, on time.
  • Plan and deliver monthly and weekly VM calendars, including window displays and in-store installations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve VM processes and drive operational efficiency.

You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3+ years' visual merchandising experience, including at least 1 year in a multi-site role.
  • Background in retail (furniture, bulky goods or homewares preferred).
  • Strong Adobe Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical mindset - ability to use sales data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach - willing to roll up your sleeves and move furniture when needed.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle. Travel to NSW regional stores required.
