About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Velocity Truck Centres. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately tracking warranty payments, reconciling warranty receivables, and processing warranty claims in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage warranty payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Reconcile warranty receivables with payments through the accounting schedule
  • Process and submit warranty claims in accordance with warranty policy and procedures
  • Compile warranty claim documentation, adhering to manufacturer guidelines
  • Verify submission criteria required by factory or distributor
  • Post credits into the dealer management system
  • Follow up on payment of outstanding claims
  • Control warranty parts, ensuring accurate tagging and storage
About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in a Warranty Administration, Technician, or Advisor role is desirable but not essential. You will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
