Job Title: Broker Relationship Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Broker Relationship Manager. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating and maintaining relationships with brokers, focusing on expanding their portfolio by providing support for the distribution of personal and auto loans.
Key Responsibilities- To identify, develop, evaluate and pursue leads and opportunities to maintain a continuous pipeline of current and future prospects
- To build and strengthen relationships with brokers who distribute personal and motor loans
- To establish territory plans and a CRM strategy aligned to our growth objectives
- To deliver presentations to third parties highlighting our products and capabilities
- To provide support for training and accreditation of new brokers
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach
- Experience in senior B2B sales within the broking industry or similar
- Understanding of consumer finance, specifically personal loans and asset finance
- Knowledge of credit underwriting practices in a fast-paced lending environment
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance, or similar
- Undergraduate degree in finance or related discipline
- Experience working with a CRM database, preferably Salesforce
