Job Title: Broker Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Broker Relationship Manager. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating and maintaining relationships with brokers, focusing on expanding their portfolio by providing support for the distribution of personal and auto loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify, develop, evaluate and pursue leads and opportunities to maintain a continuous pipeline of current and future prospects
  • To build and strengthen relationships with brokers who distribute personal and motor loans
  • To establish territory plans and a CRM strategy aligned to our growth objectives
  • To deliver presentations to third parties highlighting our products and capabilities
  • To provide support for training and accreditation of new brokers
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach
  • Experience in senior B2B sales within the broking industry or similar
  • Understanding of consumer finance, specifically personal loans and asset finance
  • Knowledge of credit underwriting practices in a fast-paced lending environment
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance, or similar
  • Undergraduate degree in finance or related discipline
  • Experience working with a CRM database, preferably Salesforce
