The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and compliance, with attention to detail and adherence to processes. They must be able to manage contractors effectively, oversee safety and compliance standards, conduct inductions, review SWMS, and check equipment. Additionally, they should be skilled in maintaining accurate tools, ensuring workshop tools are calibrated correctly for safe and precise work.

To succeed in this role, the individual will need to coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support daily operations. They must also have hands-on trade skills, such as forklift operation, working at heights, or relevant trade background. High computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, as well as effective time management skills to meet deadlines.

We seek an individual who can work as part of a team and independently as needed. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
