We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities- Create tailored therapy plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each participant, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive services that meet the complex needs of our clients.
- Foster strong relationships with participants, their families, and carers, providing empathetic and compassionate support throughout the therapeutic process.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- General AHPRA Registration and current Working with Children Check.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to diverse locations.
