- Work within the Concentric Clinical Quality Development (CQD) team alongside senior mentors and national discipline leaders, driving clinical excellence and expanding access to quality care across Australia.">
Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert consultation in paediatric occupational therapy for complex cases, championing multidisciplinary teamwork.">
- Deliver 1 : 1 supervision, mentoring and group learning to early-career and senior OTs.">
- Support therapists with evidence-based practice, goal setting, and family-centred care.">
- Work collaboratively across disciplines to support holistic outcomes for children and families.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.">
Leadership & Innovation
">- ">
- Contribute to the implementation of paediatric practice frameworks, protocols, and specialist services.">
- Participate in research, evaluation or service design projects within the paediatric team.">
- Represent OT in clinical governance discussions and support continuous quality improvement.">

Essential Qualifications and Experience

- A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).">
- Minimum 5 years experience in Occupational Therapy including experience working with children under the age of 2.">
- Current APHRA registration.">
- Valid Australian driver's license.">
- Substantial Experience within the Paediatric NDIS Field.">
- Experience Mentoring / Supervising Clinicians.">
