Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapy Lead

We are seeking a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, family-centred care to children and young people aged 0-12 years. They will also contribute to service development, quality improvement, and supervising junior occupational therapists.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of children and families.
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise within occupational therapy services.
- Supervise and mentor junior occupational therapists.
- A recognised degree in occupational therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in providing advanced paediatric occupational therapy care in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Australian C-Class driver's license.
