- Work with senior mentors to drive clinical excellence and expand access to quality care across Australia.
- Collaborate across disciplines (OT, Speech, Physio, EP, PBS & Psych) to drive innovation in therapy.
- Promote evidence-based practice and establish a culture for learning and growth.
You will provide expert consultation in paediatric occupational therapy for complex cases. Champion multidisciplinary teamwork, deliver supervision and mentoring, and support therapists with evidence-based practice and family-centred care.
In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of paediatric practice frameworks, protocols, and specialist services. Participate in research, evaluation or service design projects, represent OT in clinical governance discussions, and support continuous quality improvement.
Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors. Contribute to internal upskilling initiatives and national mentoring programs.
