About the role
This position involves providing expert legal advice and specialist expertise across our businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with our executive team on strategic and operational projects.
This requires strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities include:
Legal Advice
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice on various matters including statutory reporting, corporate governance, contracts, property, estates, IT, IP, privacy, and other areas relevant to our businesses.
- Monitor and respond to privacy-related correspondence, providing guidance as necessary.
- Offer expert counsel on policy, risk management, governance, and legislative changes affecting our operations.
- Support the legal aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Protect our interests in contract negotiations and maintain records on corporate governance, statutory reporting, and contracts.
