Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance on legal matters across our organization.

  • Deliver timely and accurate legal advice on statutory reporting, corporate governance, contracts, property rights, estates, IT law, intellectual property, privacy, and other areas.
  • Monitor and address Privacy-related correspondence and provide relevant advice.
  • Offer expert insights on policy development, risk management, governance, and legislative changes.
Main Responsibilities
  • Support the legal aspects of projects from initial discussions to completion.
  • Ensure our organization complies with its legal obligations in pursuing its objectives.
  • Protect our interests in contract negotiations.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law and a current practicing certificate.
  • A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in a related field.
  • A commitment to aligning with our mission and values.
Skillset
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Practical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
