Supportive Guidance Specialist

 

At our organization, we are committed to providing individualized support that empowers our clients to achieve their goals. We seek a highly motivated and compassionate Supportive Guidance Specialist who will play a vital role in supporting our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic support to clients
  • Guide clients to achieve their NDIS goals and stay engaged with their chosen network
  • Encourage clients to become self-sufficient and independent

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in mental health (Certificate IV in Mental Health or similar) and/or minimum 1 year's experience in mental health-related work
  • Experience as a recovery coach or minimum 1 year's experience in the mental health area
  • Australian Probationary Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Car insurance
  • COVID-19 Vaccination including booster
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • COVID-19 Training and Control Certificate
  • NDIS Orientation Certificate
