About Us

We are looking for individuals who can provide practical and emotional help to others, drawing on their own real-life experiences to build rapport and relationships.

The Opportunity

This is a casual role providing flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

About You

We require our care workers to be reliable, committed and empathetic individuals to provide quality care as a support worker. They should possess a strong work ethic and appreciate being with others. A can-do attitude, genuine interest in helping others, various hobbies and experience in outdoor pursuits are highly valued.

Qualifications required

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent.
  • Valid NDIS Screening Check (required).
  • Full Victorian Driver's License (required).
  • At least one year experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • Current First aid Certificate.
  • Smart Phone and internet access.
