Your Role

The Schedule Planner position is pivotal in crafting and executing both domestic and international flight schedules, collaborating with various commercial and operational partners.

Reporting to the Manager of Schedule Management, you will lead the creation of seasonal and monthly schedules, ensuring optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include developing various scheduling scenarios as needed and fine-tuning monthly and short to medium-term schedules. You will identify network opportunities, enhance connections, resolve operational constraints, and ensure timely delivery of schedules to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise and timely schedule data to stakeholders
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key partners
  • Allocate fleet resources accurately for the required flight program
  • Disseminate essential reports for stakeholder evaluation and feedback
  • Manage seasonal and ad-hoc slot applications at designated airports
  • Integrate operational spares effectively to meet On Time Performance (OTP) targets
  • Provide expert advice to facilitate consensus on scheduling constraints
  • Continuously propose process enhancements to streamline operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Airline Schedule Planning or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel with experience in managing large datasets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
  • A true team player with excellent attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with a focus on results
