Job Description

This role will lead the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth through membership engagement, retention, and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive membership engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver strategic membership and corporate partnership programs to drive revenue growth and value creation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and clearly communicate the value proposition for businesses.
  • Manage and motivate a team to foster an inclusive, customer-focused, and results-driven culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in tourism, business, or communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in mid-level management and/or leadership roles.
  • Well-developed writing, presentation, and negotiation skills for dedicated sales activity.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and stakeholder management skills to build valued partnerships.
  • Ability to identify, implement, monitor, and report on business improvement systems.
  • Ability to manage the design and implementation of sponsorship packages.
