About this role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the growth and development of our consultants.

  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support to ensure your team excels in their roles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and quality audits to maintain high standards.
  • Balance business goals with clinical excellence, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Foster strong relationships within your team and with key clients.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplace, inspiring others to do the same.
Your qualifications and experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology or Social Work.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA or ESSA ASORC.
  • Full working rights and a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing junior consultants.
  • Previous work experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting.
