Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of event staff to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Proactively oversee and manage event floor operations, maintaining high performance standards
  • Collaborate with managers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights for future events

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
