We are seeking a motivated Complaints Analyst to join our team.

**Salary and Benefits**
This is a temporary Clerk 5/6 opportunity, offering a salary range from $89,707 to $98,982, plus superannuation and annual leave loading. **Job Description**
As a Complaints Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing, managing, and preparing assessment plans for all complaints received. Your role will involve assisting stakeholders understand the assessment process and decisions. You will work diligently and timely to meet tight deadlines, ensuring sound judgment and objectivity while displaying empathy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in a complaints or case management environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be driven, motivated, and able to manage a high volume workload with ease. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to tailor communication to various stakeholders.
