At Opal HealthCare, we believe that a great customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Junior Data Analyst and Business Partner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily monitoring and review of customer feedback and complaints across all 130+ Care Communities. They will also assist in analyzing customer feedback data, extracting insights, and preparing presentations for diverse teams within the business.

This role involves reviewing government-issued data and metrics to extract valuable insights, which will be shared with the rest of the organization. Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing regular feedback reports for Opal HealthCare's Board of Directors & Executive Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting. They must also possess excellent communication skills, being able to present findings clearly and accurately.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with the Customer Insights Manager and Chief Improvement Officer to implement government reform and requirements.

Purpose and Scope:

This role supports the delivery of our purpose to bring joy to those we care for by improving customer experience and outcomes across our Care Communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily monitoring and review of customer feedback and complaints.
  • Analyze customer feedback data and extract valuable insights.
  • Prepare presentations for diverse teams within the business.
  • Review government-issued data and metrics.
  • Assist in preparing regular feedback reports.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or early in career, with a strong foundation in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and drive to learn.

Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
