Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Workforce Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping workforce systems by supporting People and Culture teams with scalable, efficient, and compliant workforce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and enhance the UKG Pro Workforce Management system, ensuring accurate and seamless end-to-end payroll and workforce processes.
  • Implement system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert support to P&C Operations and Payroll teams.
  • Ensure systems meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with P&C and technology teams to enhance processes and maintain data integrity.
  • Generate reports and analyze workforce data to inform business decisions.
  • Design processes to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Advise on legislative obligations, enterprise agreements, awards, and employment policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administering and implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management or equivalent systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos pay rules configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and integrations with UKG/Kronos.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving across complex systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in interpreting complex enterprise agreements and awards.
  • Experienced in process and procedural documentation.
  • Business or relevant tertiary qualifications desirable.
