Job Title: Office Administrator
This is a key role for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our administrative team in Western Australia. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support, organizing equipment, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative and organizational support to drive project success
- Purchase necessary equipment and supplies for optimal operational efficiency
- E nsure information accuracy and timeliness through effective record-keeping and data management
- Collect, maintain, and process documents and reports with attention to detail
- Summarize complex information highlighting key points for effective decision-making
- Write and compile reports to facilitate clear and concise communication
- Coordinate time sheeting and leave application processes for staff members
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in departmental and administrative systems, including MS Office suite
- Excellent English proficiency verbal and written
- Relevant work experience in sectors such as civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining an advantage
- Two years of relevant work experience with a strong track record of delivering results
- High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Prior experience with Office365 and/or SAP desirable
