Job Title: Project Administrator and Estimator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Administrator and Estimator.

This role is responsible for managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring maximum profit and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project information, pricing, and contractual requirements.
  • Source materials or external pricing for quoting purposes.
  • Manage inbound leads, customer RFI and RFQ's, and follow up on quotes and sales.
  • Reconcile, compile, and maintain all project files, including forecasting.
  • Establish project programs for detailing, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
  • Prepare manufacture orders with required information for production.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
  • Manage subcontract site installations and costs.
  • Compile invoice and progress claim information for accounts.
  • Reconcile project sales and costs, resolve variances, and obtain client releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in building and construction.
  • A relevant trade background is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in Estimating, Contract/Project Administration or similar roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly in the construction environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications.
