Care Professional Opportunity

As a Specialised Care Worker, you will provide support and care to our guests during their longer stays or short overnight visits in our Respite Cottage in Dubbo. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people who need respite from their home environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care to guests, including assistance with grooming, medication supervision, and specialised care according to each client's care plan.
- Support guests in daily tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
- Ensure guests enjoy the benefits of residential care, including social activities, clinical care, and freshly prepared meals.
- No formal qualification is necessary, but a Certificate III in Individual Support is an advantage.
- First Aid certification is desirable.
- Empathy and compassion are essential for this role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team.
