Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Professional.

The successful candidate will provide essential care and support to adults, empowering them to lead more independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist adults with personal care and daily living skills
  • Plan and attend appointments and activities to promote social interaction and skill development
  • Complete daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports

Requirements:

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
  • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded
  • You must be available to complete our mandatory one-week comprehensive induction program
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
