- The ideal candidate will have current and unrestricted registration, a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, and a passion for dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
