
Emergency Services Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team as a Auxiliary Firefighter. Your primary role will be to respond to fire and other emergency incidents in a safe and efficient manner, promoting community safety and emergency preparedness. You will also develop and maintain competencies through regular drills and training courses.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to fire and other emergency incidents in accordance with established protocols.
- Promote community safety and emergency preparedness through educational activities and initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance your skills through participation in regular drills and relevant training courses.
- Meet attendance requirements for emergency incidents and training sessions.
- Operate specialist firefighting and rescue equipment safely and effectively.
- Australian permanent resident status.
- Holding a manual C Class driver's licence.
- Employer consent to attend emergency incidents (where applicable).
- Residency within a reasonable distance of the auxiliary fire station.
