Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture client relationships focusing on the Vietnamese or Chinese market.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide expert property consultations.
  • Promote our diverse portfolio to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and offer strategic insights to the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies and ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Passionate about real estate with a strong desire to succeed in the industry.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Vietnamese or Chinese, with fluent English communication skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of Asian market culture and consumer behavior is an advantage.
  • Open to embracing new technologies and working methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
