What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and bright customer service focused Receptionist to join one of our corporate clients based in Chatswood

You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.

This is a part time opportunity working 5 hours each morning, Monday - Friday.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Meet and greet visitors
Answer inquiries directly or redirect calls to the appropriate department
Meeting room maintenance and management
Incoming and outgoing mail
General ad hoc office administration

If you're a self-starter, goal oriented and love building client relationships then this is the role for you You've got excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace meeting all performance targets. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease.
