BWE Drilling is a diversified drilling services contractor providing specialised drilling, blasting, exploration and waterwell drilling services in the mining and construction sectors through our three business units: Drill & Blast, Exploration and Waterwell.
Across the BWE Drilling group we employ over 300 employees and are going through an unprecedented period of growth and expansion.

Our BWE Drilling - Drill and Blast business unit provides full production drilling and specialty blasting services across the civil and mining industries. Our range of services are all performed with minimal disturbances to the surrounding environment and construction areas.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-end recruitment for a range of blue-collar / site based roles (e.g. blast crew, shotfirers, offsiders, drillers, fitters, site admin)
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines
  • Liaising with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
  • Advertising job vacancies on SEEK
  • Coordinating onboarding, compliance, and safety documentation

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment (agency or internal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle competing priorities
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skill-set
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance

  • Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)
