Customer Experience Manager Job Description

The Portfolio Management team is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to drive the execution of customer-centric initiatives and enhance retention experience for our Life and Health portfolio.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
