
Life Insurance Portfolio Specialist

The Portfolio Management team is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to drive the execution of customer-centric initiatives and enhance retention experience for our Life and Health portfolio.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have expertise in customer experience management, operational systems, process, and data management in life insurance and reinsurance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve retention experience and increase value in our in-force portfolios.
- - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- - Collaborate with internal partners to design and deliver effective solutions that meet customer needs.
- - Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
