Operational Manager for Music Industry Administration

MusicSA is the peak body and advocate for the South Australian contemporary music industry.
A not-for-profit organisation, MusicSA is committed to promoting, supporting and developing the local industry by focussing on nurturing careers, creating pathways, delivering industry and professional development opportunities and connecting artists, audiences, venues and businesses.
The Administration Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of advocacy, industry development, programs and company activities. This includes overseeing governance and board support, finance management, risk management, HR, office administration, policies and procedures and IT, as well as providing some executive support to the CEO as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Governance and Board Support: Ensure effective governance practices are implemented and maintained, providing guidance and support to the board as needed.
- Finance Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- HR & Risk Management: Develop and implement HR strategies, manage risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Office and Company Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain office systems, and ensure seamless operations.
- IT and Asset Management: Implement and maintain efficient IT systems, manage assets, and ensure data security.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
An estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
